Terms of service
Last updated 24 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you (the shop or person using Cutlist) and Cutlist ("we"). By creating an account you accept them.
The service
Cutlist calculates cutting lists, edge banding and hardware from the sizes you enter, and stores your projects so your team can use them. We keep improving it and may change features; we will tell you before removing anything you rely on.
Check before you cut
Cutlist is a tool to help you work faster. You are responsible for checking sizes, materials and quantities before cutting or ordering. We are not liable for material, labour or other losses caused by wrong inputs or results that were not checked.
Accounts and your team
- Keep your login safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account and your shop.
- Shop admins decide who is in the shop and can remove members at any time.
- Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break in, overload it or copy it.
Trial, payment and renewal
- New shops get a free trial. After it ends, a paid plan is needed to create or change projects.
- Plans are paid in advance for the period chosen (monthly or yearly), plus GST where applicable. Payments are not refundable except where the law requires.
- If a plan is not renewed, your shop becomes view-only: you can still open, print and export your projects. We don't delete them.
Your data
Your projects belong to you. We only use them to run the service for you. You can export them to Excel at any time. See the privacy policy for details.
Availability
We aim to keep Cutlist available at all times but can't promise it will never be interrupted. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending
You can stop using Cutlist at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
